Product rules
Non-negotiable boundaries
- The Project owns the post-conversion Vision version; the source Project Opportunity remains auditable.
- AI may transform authorized text but cannot invent approvals, budgets, materials or Client decisions.
- Images preserve source, rights, alt text, order and visibility.
- Internal inspiration and Client-approved presentation content have separate visibility.
- Presentation generation references a chosen saved version.

What is missing, broken or unverified
Future Spec 07 owns closure →- The current Project is empty despite stated carry-forward behavior.
- No version, approval, image metadata, reordering or removal behavior was observed.
- AI loading, comparison, acceptance and failure states are not documented in the live UI.
- No direct Present or Add to Presentation action exists.
Future alignment
Required evolution
- 01Create versioned Vision and Inspiration records.
- 02Preserve Opportunity provenance during conversion.
- 03Add reorder, caption, rights, accessibility and Client-visibility controls.
- 04Connect directly to Project Presentation sections and PDF output.
Current baseline
Acceptance record
- Live and earlier evidence are clearly distinguished.
- AI behavior is constrained by source data and permission.
- Opportunity carry-forward remains unverified until tested.
Reverse-spec completeness
Documentation coverage
The interface is still changing, so visual evidence and repository tracing remain intentionally incomplete.
